Once Upon A Time: OUAT

What fanperson is excited for OUAT to start?! I know I'm not the only one! I just can't get the seires out of my head! and then Netflix has to go and put up the show on instant play (YAY!!)

This show is seriously addicting and Super fun!

I love trying to guess who all the people are....

Never seen the show?

Well, the plot is the the Evil queen put a curse on everyone in the enchanted forest and brought them all over to "our world" where there are no happy endings! (WHAT A BITCH!)

But in the town of Stroybrooke, Maine no one remembers their fairytale lifes so we (as the viewers) have no idea what most of the town's peoples' real identites are!

Sounds exciting, RIGHT!?!?!?

That's becasue it is, it's exciting and addictive!

Art Prize

Every year, in the city I moved to, they have this HUGE art exhibit called ArtPrize.

Apparently it's a big to-do around these here parts.

So that is where I went today and let me just say It was spectacular!

I love art and everything to do with it, so one can imagine just how excited I was to learn that I can literally walk through it and be apart of ART.

Be Inspired!

When deciding what you're going to wear, how to do your hair and how to do your make-up, one should first always see how they are feeling. Are they feeling punk-ish? goth? Rockabilly? square?Vintage? Style isn't always just one thing, all the time. It's flowing and ever changing!

When making the morning decision, get inspired!

Think of a movie, or a song, or a role-model or just go with the flow of your angled eyeliner brush.

I consider myself a free spirit, but I too sometimes like to be inspired by others. I like to see what other art the rest of the world can create and try it out!

Remember, imitation is the highest form of flattery.

Just don't go over board and try to become that person... wearing the same clothes they do, become friends with their friends, want to be called by their names.... creepy

anyway...

I'll give you an example of what I meant...

Last night I watched "Cry-Baby" (best movie ever!!!  LOVE IT)

And this is what I looked like to day:

I went kinda Rockabilly with Victory Rolls, high eyebrows and Red Red Lips!

It as my tribute to the "Drapes" of the 50s !

My Point: Be Happy and Be who you want to BE !!!

Two Faced !!!!

What would be the most frightening thing a girl could face? Having her bare face in public! It takes a woman who is truly comfortable with her face to go out in the open with out a stitch of make-up.... or a woman who just doesn't give a fuck.

I, personally, am a woman who never leaves the house without at least foundation, mascara and lipstick. And if that's all I'm wearing, there is usually big sunglasses in the mix just in case (thank you Dita Von Teese for that lovely piece of advice.) But then I m incredibly vain.

Yet I am the one coming forth today to show my real, and bare face!

Psycho Bitch

Has this ever happen to anyone???

I was just minding my own business when my skype blooped. It was my friend, we'll call him Bob, saying hi.

 Now, Bob and I used to date years ago but we're still friends, we talk, joke around and on sometimes play LOL.

Back to the story. I said Hi back and then the next sentence form Bob's account was " This isn't Bob this is his fiance, is it ok if i talk to you girl to girl?."

*face palm* (me)

Me "Ummmmm......"

She then proceeded to accuse me of him having an affair with me....   apparently he was cheating on her via the internet and somehow It was my fault....I've never met her, I don't even know her name. She was saying that she doesn't think she could marry him anymore because she doesn't trust him. Well, Duh I hope you don't marry someone you don't trust, but please don't project your insecurities on me..

WTF, psycho much?

Her parting paragraph "talking to Bob is asking for more lies it feels like. He told me he had been done with you -years- ago and there hadnt even been flirting outside the modeling, which i dont care he helps you with i think its awesome you do that. I just want the truth but he seems incapable of doing it, and as far as im concerned asking you for picture of your boobs while i was with him is cheating... men are pigs. anyways i need to run thank you zannah. btw your pictures are lovely."

It was like she was waiting for me to own up to he and I dating or something....The asking for boob pictures was pretty much a joke soo... Does it matter what gets his engine revved as long as he parks it in the right garage .
Oh and thank you for the out of place and random compliment at the end and trys to make up for the everything you just wrote...

I just don't have patience for other people's drama.....  I have my own to deal with....

Chick-fil-A- (holes) ?

I would first like to say that I don't thik that a public businiess should have a stance on any political issues. That being said, it's fine if they have religious views but They should look like bigets or assholes on TV like the guy from Chick-fil-A. Believe what you want but dont let that belief persicute other people.

Ever since this controversy came about I have been seeing people try and use the Christian Bible to say how they are against Gays. (BTW I am PRO LGBT rights) These people are saying that the Book of Leviticus says that Homosexuality is an abomination, which in fact it does. BUT in the same book it also states that If one has a skin illnesses then one must be taken to a priest and can be proclaimed unclean, same thing if you find mold. Or that a Female on her monthly blood flow is impure and anyone who touches her is unclean.

I would write more but I would sound windy and pompous.

My point is that if one is going to believe and live that way then they should consider all of the "unholy sins" and if they should fall short then they must slaughter a goat for an animal sacrifice to repent (no joke, it says that too)

OR we can acknowledge the fact that the old testament is out dated and obsolete. That to be considered a good person, all we need to do is accept one another and Love them. Let everyone Love whom they Love. It is not up to anyone but that person to how how they feel and they shouldn't be judged for it. It doesn't matter if a man loves a man, a woman loves a woman, it doesn't matter the race of a couple. All that matters is that they do LOVE!

I have a bad habbit of turning perfectly innocent people into lovers of the darkness!!!

I have noticed that the more time I am around a single person the more "alternitive they become.

That alone has led me to this one question,"Is GOTH contagious?"

or does one have to be predesposed to such ghoulish behavior?

Goth Girl's SEXY Job!

Well maybe.. Today I had an job interview with Victoria's Secret. I would love to work in a place that sells sexy things. It's fucking sexual! 

Although I did noticed that on the other side of the store is the "Pink" section, geared toward teenaged girls... maybe that's where the sexualization that people talk about now-a-day is coming from?!

Having something like that in the same store as BRAS, PANTIES, AND LINGERIE! 

HA yeah.

A Rainy Day

I was waiting for my grandmother in the car so I just sat and listened to Mother earth's music.
It was so peaceful!
I love exploring in the rain also. One can always find such beauty!

Look of the NIGHT

Most people doodle on paper, but not this girl. I doodle on my face and I like it that way! I love stars and I love the moon, why not put them on my face? (even though I already have a tattoo of it!)

Remember that it is a good thing to be different, to stand out. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you UGLY  becuase you don't. Don't let people tell you to be any different then what you are!

There is nothing sweeter then the relationship between a goth and her cat. There is a reason why the stereotype for goth girls to always have a cat... because pretty much all goth girls do in fact have a cat or two! I know I am no exception and neither are any of my friends!

I believe the history of cats and the superstition that surrounds them might have something to do with it. Cats have always been revered, Egyptians worshiped them! (and rightly so!) They have an air of mystery. Yet at the same time some might actually "fear" them. See a black cat, and you'll have bad luck.


The most popular cat amongst goths, the black cat! Now, it might just have something to do with the fact that they match our outfits!
I personally have a Russian Blue called Natasha! (the best Russian spies are always called Natasha!)

So upon scouring the internet for pictures of myself, because let's face it I am incredibly vain, I stumbled across a website, purely on accident. It was a thumb nail on a different blog, but I thought the title sound pretty humorous so I clicked. This is what I found:

I was so shock, That's me in photo #2 ! This photo is 3 years old I believe, but I laughed none the less! Scaring children and giving them nightmares indeed! I was smiling! HAHA!
I find it interesting that people are so afraid or so put off by the gothic subculture on a whole. I guess some of us can look scary but I've never met a truly mean goth or anything of the sort.

Today's make-up look was a tribute to the cutest Goth queen in the world, Adora Batbrat! Shes crazy and cooky and has the most ADORA-ble family one could ever imagine! Luck girl! She's a talented make-up artist and a beautiful model! Double lucky girl!
So I thought today, how about trying one of her creations, I think I did pretty well recreating it. Although I don't think anyone could match her perfectly!
